Our SHEEPDOG SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS® applications can be purchased, with or without a maintenance arrangement, or can be utilized on a service bureau basis. Our service bureau arrangement allows our subscribers to utilize our applications without having to purchase or maintain any of the software or hardware "in-house" to run the applications at their facility. We take care of managing the system, so they can put their efforts into their managing their organizations. SHEEPDOG SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS® are developed entirely in Java with robust, open-source components and deployed with inexpensive, but well supported open-source application servers and databases. As a result, our users have access to applications that are portable, extensible and highly scalable, but inexpensive to purchase and maintain and are not susceptible to the viruses and intrusions which attack Windows-based applications. Single Sign-On User Manager

Our Single Sign-On Manager application provides a central user administration facility for all applications we develop. This facility allows you to create a user once and then assign them a role (or several roles) for each application to which they should be allowed access.

Request Manager

Request Manager is an issues and enhancement tracking application that allows users of other applications in our suite to submit requests for service or applications enhancements and then track the progress made over time. The application allows each organization to have their own set of workflow events on which email notification can be made to the requests originator, project manager, developer, or the application administer of the requesting organization. Additionally, the application has a content management component, allowing involved parties to upload and attach related documents to each individual request. Total effort and expense associated with a request is also provided, as developers and project managers record their time and any incremental hardware/software applied to the request.

Code Builder

Code Builder is a robust Java-Struts application code generator that provides a user interface for defining entity objects ("things") and application user roles, and then builds all of the necessary java action, entity action-form, business and database access class files, web and struts configuration files, database build scripts, and html form and menu files for a functional, yet customizable and extendable java server (JSP) application. Once generated, the application code generated merely needs to be compiled and deployed to version 2.4 Java servlet container (i.e., Tomcat/Webshpere/WebLogic/JRun) and you're application is running and ready for your unique customizations.

Member Manager

Member Manager is a robust application which provides membership record, facility administration, and event management tools for churches and social membership organizations.
Status: Released, available for Beta Testing

Exam Manager

Exam Manager is in the design phase and will provide for the administration of electronic exams. Instructors will be able to maintain student rosters and course listings, assign students to instances of these courses (individual "classes"), develop multiple choice and "true/false" examinations and answer keys, and have their students take exams on line with scores calculated, displayed and recorded immediately!
